Two employees exit the Institution’s dispute resolution department
Two employees of the RICS have exited its dispute resolution division after an internal investigation uncovered improper behavior.
The RICS said in a statement that the behaviour is not to the standard it expected of its employees. It said: “We have carried out a thorough investigation. Two members of DRS (dispute resolution service) staff have now left RICS”.
The statement added: “The RICS acted promptly to address the internal difficulties created by this inappropriate activity and has controls and procedures in place to ensure that such irregularities should not occur in the future.”
Building understands that the investigation is ongoing.
