Stevens Scanlan’s managing partner David McKee will specialise in valuation disputes
The RICS has appointed Stevens Scanlan’s managing partner David McKee on the expert witness panel.
He will give advice in court on building disputes in cases where complainants have taken their cases to the RICS for arbitration.
Based at Stevens Scanlan's Manchester headquarters, McKee will specialise in valuation disputes where allegations of negligence have been made against property professionals.
Stevens Scanlan chairman Alan Murdoch is a long standing RICS panel of experts member. He and partners Mike Miller and Peter Rowlinson from the firm's London office specialise in valuation disputes.
Tony Mancini, a partner in the Manchester office, is also on the panel. His area of expert witness expertise involves contract and quality disputes in arbitration and litigation proceedings.
