Firm acquires rail and nuclear specialist Calvert & Russell to expand in new markets

Consultant Rhead Group has completed the acquisition of rail and nuclear consultant Calvert & Russell, which has three UK offices and an office in Brisbane, Australia.

It offers contract administration, commercial management, claims and dispute management services.

Rhead Group said the deal will help it to expand in the UK’s rail and nuclear markets.
