Contractor is suing JP Chick & Partners and Phil Quantill for breaching a contract

East Anglian based construction company RG Carter has launched a legal battle for compensation in a row over steelworks.

RG Carter is suing JP Chick and Partners and Philip Quantrill (Structural Engineers) for damages after accusing them of breaching a contract made in 1998.

The dispute centres around structural engineering services provided under the contracts, according to a High Court writ.

RG Carter is suing JP Chuck and Partners for damages for negligence over the supply of structural engineering services, the writ says. The company is suing Philip Quantrill over the design, supply, and installation of structural steelworks.
