Previous proposals for Great Northern Warehouse were approved four years ago

Plans for a mixed-use redevelopment of a historic listed warehouse building in the centre of Manchester have been submitted to the city council four years after an earlier iteration was approved.

The proposals will see a modern addition to the six-acre Great Northern Warehouse demolished to make way for residential towers, while the upper floors of the historic warehouse will be transformed into 120,000-sq ft of office space.
