Ancon has added two wire diameters to its range of AMR masonry reinforcement.
Ancon AMR is a fabricated steel reinforcement that sits in a bed joint to improve the structural performance of a masonry wall. It is now made in 3.5mm and 4.5mm diameters, complementing the 3mm, 4mm and 5mm already available. The diameters suit different loading conditions.
AMR is made from stainless or galvanized steel and is available to suit masonry from widths of 100mm to 215mm.
