Housebuilder has bought 11 new sites since the start of the year
Redrow has snapped up 11 sites suitable for 1,300 homes since the start of the year, the housebuilder said in a trading statement.
Redrow said the government’s decision to extend Help to Buy to 2020 would enable it to further increase investment in new sites and ramp up its development pipeline.
The firm said its sales rate was 5% up in the 17 weeks of trading from 1 January to 25 April, compared to the previous year.
