Vacant office block to be turned into 103 homes
Assael Architecture has been given planning for a 17-storey tower on the banks of the river Kennett in Reading.
The scheme is being developed by CNM Estates and will feature 41 one bedroom apartments, 51 two bedroom apartments and 11 three bedroom apartments.
It will also feature roof gardens, commercial space and new public realm.
It is being built at a disused office block with work due to start on site later this year with completion due in early 2017.
