SPARCH, the Asian arm of Archial Group, has unveiled these designs for the 150,000m2 Raffles City mixed-used development in Ningbo, China

It will comprise a 90m-tall office tower, serviced apartment tower and retail mall. The project, which was designed by SPARCH’s Shanghai and Beijing offices, marks the fifth Raffles City to be established in China by developer CapitaLand China Holdings and the third that SPARCH has worked on.
