The Orchid House, designed by Sarah Featherstone for the Lower Mill Estate near Cirencester in Gloucestershire, has been sold for £7.2m.

The all-timber house, reportedly bought by artist Damien Hirst, is one of 15 houses built on the Cotswolds Estate, each designed by architects such as Will Alsop and Piers Gough.
