PRP to masterplan Ebbsfleet Garden City project

The masterplan includes a detailed first phase of 250 homes

PRP has been appointed as lead architect and masterplanner for a 2,600-home development which will form part of Ebbsfleet Garden City.

The Western Village in North Kent, which is being developed by JV partners Clarion Housing Group and Countryside, will be located in the Eastern Quarry section of Ebbsfleet and contribute to it becoming the largest garden city in the UK.

The masterplan includes a detailed first phase of 250 homes to be delivered as part of a hybrid planning application for Western Village.
