Here is a sneak preview of HTA Architects’ design for housebuilder Barratt’s zero-carbon housing development in Britain at Hanham Hall near Bristol.
Barratt won a competition run by English Partnerships to develop 200 homes to level six of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The development will have a combined heat and power system fuelled by wood chip, a sustainable urban drainage system and rainwater recycling.
