Sustainable specialist architect Cole Thompson Anders has designed a low carbon residential development in east London as part of the regeneration of Poplar.
Working with housing association developer Swan Housing Group, the 31 new homes are part of a wider scheme to provide high-quality, sustainable homes in the area by converting light industrial premises into housing.
The development is targeted to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
The development will provide 100% affordable housing in a range of size and tenure types, including affordable rent and shared ownership.

The scheme promises appealing, medium density housing with pleasant views over green community gardens. Plus, there is a roof garden for communal use.
The building is scheduled to start on site later this year.
