Winner of the Building Sustainability Award leader of the year for 2008 calls for slashing of green bureaucracy

BioRegional Quintain joint founder Pooran Desai call for the government to cut green legislation by 80% to allow the industry to build rather than fill forms. Speaking after winning his Sustainability Leadership award last night, Desai said the industry was "wrapped up in too many regulations, codes and assessments".
