A planning application is expected to be submitted later this year
Developer Bildurn has announced plans for a new 50,000 sq ft office development in Nottingham, close to the rail station.
Designed by Franklin Ellis Architects, 11 Station Street will provide flexible Grade A office space on open plan floor plates of nearly 10,000 sq ft.
The building will feature a double height foyer, roof garden, basement parking and cycle storage, electric car charging points and will face a new pedestrianised area.
A detailed planning application will be made later this year.
Bildurn managing director Sean Akins said: “This development will take office space in Nottingham to a new stage. It continue the major regeneration, renewal and investment that has and will continue to take place around the station area. 11 Station Street is set to be another gem in Nottingham’s crown and we look forward to seeing which businesses it attracts.”
