Developer SDA lodges application for second phase of Scottish regeneration
Developer SDA has lodged an application for the 400-home second phase of the Armadale Station development in West Lothian.
The planning application comes after the developer signed up Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Asda to build out the 192-home first phase of the 1,000-home £200m mixed-use masterplan.
It said the second phase will contain 394 homes, shops, a community building, offices and mixed use buildings.
Sandra Carter from the Armadale Station Development, said:”We are delighted to be maintaining the momentum for the delivery of one of Scotland’s largest regeneration projects”.
