Glasgow had two reasons to celebrate last week: winning the Commonwealth Games and hosting Building's event for new professionals

The fourth phase one networking event for new construction professionals took place in Glasgow on Thursday. It was held in the living room bar in the city centre and was attended by building readers from across scotland.

For those of you keen to see what went on, or just to see how it compares with the three previous events we've held in London and Manchester, have a look at these photograhs.

Although this was the last phase one of 2007, building will be hosting events in Edinburgh, Bristol and Birmingham next year as well as returning to London and Manchester.
