Housebuilder appoints northern chief executive to the board

Housebuilder Persimmon has appointed Jeffrey Fairburn as an executive director.

Fairburn, 43, has been north division chief executive since 2005 and has worked in various roles at the company since 1989.

John White, chairman, said: “Jeff Fairburn's appointment will strengthen the executive management team of the board which will be of great benefit to Persimmon as we continue to develop our business.”
