Consultant EC Harris handling application for Aedas-designed scheme
Consultant EC Harris has submitted a planning application for a 262,000ft² development in the centre of Leeds.
The scheme, designed by architect Aedas, comprises 89,000ft² and 173,000ft² of office space arranged over 8 and 11 floors respectively. The smaller of the two buildings has the capability to be converted to retail on the ground floor with a hotel above.
Roger Thompson, development management partner at EC Harris said: “The development plans for the site which have taken shape are the product of several months’ hard work and collaboration from an excellent team. The result is a design of a scale and quality commensurate with the importance of the site and the city.”
A planning decision is expected before the end of the year.
