A new report from Interpave, Permeable Paving Projects: Concrete Block Permeable Pavements Case Studies and Update, provides evidence of the movement of concrete block permeable pavement technology into the mainstream.
Concrete block permeable pavements now form part of planning guidance and the Building Regulations as well as the draft Code for Sustainable Homes. And designers are continuing to explore new possibilities for the technology, not only as part of an overall sustainable drainage system, but also as stand-alone solutions.
The Interpave report provides the latest information on permeable pavements and is available as a free download at www.paving.org.uk.
