Consultant to manage first Swedish store in Ireland
PCM Management has been appointed construction managers on the first IKEA store in Ireland.
The 310,000 sq ft store, with adjacent 900-space multi storey car park, will become one of the Swedish retailer’s flagship stores, and will open in December 2007.
It will be located on the Hollywood Exchange retail development, adjacent to Belfast City Airport.
PCM Management is overseeing construction for the project.
Director Steve Hart said: “PCM Management has been working with IKEA for several years now and we are delighted to be involved in delivering IKEA's first store on the island of Ireland.”
