The firm’s design for the first phase, a 9156 m2 facility in Malet Place, central London (pictured), was finished in December last year by contractor Kier. The new work will be situated in nearby Torrington Place. The project team for the first phase included: structural engineer Buro Happold; services engineer Faber Maunsell; quantity surveyor Gleeds; project manager Mace; and fire consultant FEDRA.
