This is Rem Koolhaas’ design for the Torre Bicentenario (Bicentennial Tower) in Mexico City, commissioned by developer Grupo Danhos. The $600m (£300m) tower will be the tallest building in Latin America at 300m. It will comprise 73,000m2 of commercial space over 85 floors. It will be completed in 2010, when Mexico celebrates 200 years of independence from Spain.
