Robert Adam Architects and engineer Alan Baxter & Associates have developed a revised masterplan for the 32 ha Western Harbour regeneration scheme on Edinburgh’s waterfront in Leith.

Robert Adam’s masterplan of low-rise courtyard housing, fronting traditional streets supersedes high-rise housing designed by Cooper Cromer.

The revised scheme is being developed by Gregor Shore and Taylor Woodrow. It includes 3000 dwellings.
