Developer English Cities Fund has submitted a planning application for the second phase of its landmark St Paul’s Square development on Old Hall Street, Liverpool.
The plans include 13,000 m2 of office space,
housed in a building that will generate about 10% of its energy requirements through heating and cooling groundwater. The scheme has been designed for English Cities Fund, which is a joint partnership between Amec, English Partnership and Legal & General, by RHWL Architects.
