Architect RHWL has unveiled images of its development in Liverpool for the English Cities Fund.

The fund – a joint venture between Amec, English Partnerships and Legal & General – is creating mixed-use development on Old Hall Street, St Paul’s Square, at the heart of Liverpool’s new commercial quarter. Phase one will comprise 50 luxury apartments, 12,500 m2 of office space and 320 m2 of retail and leisure space. The English Cities Fund has four other regeneration projects in development around the country but the Liverpool scheme will be the first to be built.
