Developer secures planning permission for 19-storey tower in Manchester
Developer Allied London has secured planning permission for a 19-storey tower in Manchester.
The Ian Simpson Architects-designed scheme involves the demolition of the eight-storey 1960s office block Quay House and the construction of a new 19-storey office building, complete with skyline restaurant.
The building, to be called No 1 Spinningfields, will provide 343,000 gross ft2 of flexible office space, with potential for retail stores and restaurants on the ground floor.
