Course will cover health and safety aspects when assessing risks and preparing method statements
The National House Building Council has launched a new open course to manage risk on construction sites. Risk Assessments and Method Statement will cover the key health and safety aspects to be considered when assessing risks and preparing method statements to minimise dangers for employees and the public.
NHBC's Health and Safety Services Manager Simon Mantle says, "This NHBC course is ideal for anyone who needs to carry out risk assessments and draft or review method statements on construction sites. A risk assessment does not need to be complicated and is often a matter of applying informed common sense."
This tutorial-based course will be led by NHBC's health and safety qualified trainers, all of whom have extensive experience of managing risks within the house-building industry.
