Mowlem has been named preferred bidder to manage 120 British Airways properties, including its headquarters and airport facilities, for at least three years.
The deal is estimated to be worth £40-60m a year. Mowlem was selected from a shortlist of four. Negotiations are expected to conclude by the end of this year and the contract is due to start next April.
