Global consultancy firm reshuffles top level management and makes internal appointments
Mott Macdonald has reshuffled its top management team by promoting Keith Howells to group chairman and Richard Williams to managing director.
Howells steps into the chairman role vacated by Peter Wickens who retired at the end of 2010. He leaves his previous role as managing director, which he held for six years.
Howells said: “Mott MacDonald has been able to ride the storm of the past few years of turbulent world economic conditions due to our diversity, our multi-disciplinary skills, global presence and staff delivering innovation and excellence on projects.
“As chairman I will be leading the drive to further improve our performance with a key focus on delivering value to our customers.”
Williams also steps up from group development director to replace Howells as managing director.
