Bournemouth town centre PPP project will run over 20 years
Morgan Sindall have been named preferred bidder for a major regeneration scheme in Bournemouth that will be worth up to £500m.
The scheme is a PPP project that will run over 20 years and will built new homes, accommodation, offices, leisure attractions and mixed use facilities for the seaside resorts town centre. It will be split 50/50 between Morgan Sindall Investments (MSIL) and Bournemouth council.
Morgan Sindall will provide master planning, detailed site development planning, property management and design and construction services for the project, said to be worth between 350 and 500m.
