John Homer becomes North Midland chief executive
Former Morgan Sindall managing director John Homer has taken the top job at contractor North Midland.
Homer became chief executive on North Midland last Wednesday.
He was most recently managing director at Morgan Sindall Construction, and has also held executive positions at Bam Construct and Galliford Try.
The appointment follows the recent announcement that North Midland’s chairman and chief executive Robert Moyle would be stepping down from his role as chief executive but would remain as executive chairman.
Moyle said: “I am extremely pleased that John has joined the group. He has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and will embrace our culture. He will play an important role in the future growth and development of the group.”
Homer said: “I am delighted to be joining a company that has people at its heart and exceptional customer service embedded in its culture.”
