Contractor says it is benefiting from partnership with the Housing Corporation and expansion of the financial services sector.
Contractor Morgan Sindall will today tell its AGM that the outlook for its year is positive, with its affordable housing and fit-out divisions putting in strong performances.
Executive chairman John Morgan will say that fit-out is benefiting from the expansion of the financial services sector and has a stronger order book than it did at the year-end in February.
He will say that the firm's affordable housing section has benefited from gaining partner status with the Housing Corporation, which will open long-term opportunities.
Morgan Sindall's construction order book has stayed at the same level since the year-end, while its civil engineering division has picked up £265m in contracts since February.
Morgan will say: "Overall the Group is performing in line with expectations. The outlook for our businesses in their chosen markets is positive, and we look forward to reporting on further progress later in the year."
