Affordable housing arm Lovell is picked by Gloucester City Homes for five-year maintenance contract

Construction and regeneration group, Morgan Sindall has been awarded a five-year £30m contract for housing and repairs.

The group’s affordable housing business, Lovell, was selected by Gloucester City Homes (GCH).

The deal will see Lovell provide a repair service and planned maintenance programme for GHC, which manages 5,000 homes for Gloucester City Council.

Lovell will also carry out GCH’s Decent Homes programme, which includes the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms.

The five-year contract will begin in April.
