Wins add to the contractor’s haul of BSF contracts for Hull council
Morgan Sindall has been awarded three school contracts worth £65m by Hull council.
The three new-build contracts are for Kingswood College of Arts, Oakfield Special Needs School and Andrew Marvell Business and Enterprise College.
Work on all three projects is scheduled to complete by January 2013.
The awards are the third, fourth and fifth wins for Morgan Sindall under Hull’s Building Schools for the Future programme.
All the projects are being delivered by the Hull Esteem Consortium, a partnership consisting of Morgan Sindall Investments, Robertson Capital Projects and Hull-based Sewell Group.
Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall, said: “Morgan Sindall has a leading position in the education sector and a growing reputation for exceptional project delivery. We look forward to furthering our relationship with Hull council while working on these latest projects.”
