Framework covers new build and refurb schemes in education and community buildings
Morgan Sindall has been appointed to a £100m framework in Milton Keynes covering major building works.
Milton Keynes council opted to award the firm a position on the framework, which spans three years with a possible one year extension.
The company will compete with two other contractors on both Lot 1 (projects over £2.5m) and Lot 2 (projects ranging from £350,000 up to £2.5m) of the framework.
Projects within the framework include new-build and refurbishment schemes in education and general community buildings.
Paul Smith, chief executive of the Morgan Sindall Group, said:
“We are delighted to be reappointed to this framework, affirming our ability to consistently deliver a range of high quality construction projects. Frameworks continue to be important as robust, longer-term sources of projects.
“We are looking forward to continuing our work with Milton Keynes council as we continue to build our presence across the east of England.”
