Europe and Falkland Islands among areas to be covered by new deal

The Ministry of Defence is looking for contractors to carry out £1bn of building and civil engineering work overseas.

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation, the estates arm of the MoD, is looking to establish a framework for jobs in Cyprus, mainline Europe and beyond.
