Jolyon Harrison, current chairman of York Housing Association, will replace Colin Rossiter who continues as MD of Gleeson Capital Solutions
Shares in MJ Gleeson went up 9.1% this morning after the firm announced the appointment of Jolyon Harrison as managing director of its Regeneration & Homes business.
Harrison will take the post on 2 November, replacing Colin Rossiter, who continues as managing director of Gleeson Capital Solutions, the firm’s PFI arm.
The 61-year-old is currently chairman of York Housing Association and JDP Rooflines. Previous posts included chairman of chairman of Pelham Construction and managing director of Shepherd Homes.
