Miller Construction lands £5m Preston College contract

Miller Construction has been awarded a £5million contract to deliver new facilities at a Preston college.

Construction is set to commence shortly on a modern reception block which will facilitate students from Preston College’s Visual and Performing Arts department.

Commenting on the development, area director with Miller, Frank Joyce said:

“We are delighted to be starting work at Preston College. The new facility will become a focal point for students and visitors to the college.”

Lis Smith, principal and chief executive at Preston College commented: “This new facility will not only enhance and build upon the existing campus, but will bring a new focal point to the college which will benefit both existing and future learners, including the wider community.”
