Architect Colwyn Foulkes & Partners has submitted a planning application for this £40m mixed-use development on the shores of Loch Fyne in north-west Scotland.

The 10.5 ha scheme for client Portavadie Village will include up to 250 homes, retail and leisure facilities, a hotel, a jetty and moorings. Work could begin as soon as this autumn if planning permission is granted, although the scheme is likely to be phased over a number of years. Argyll and Bute council is also a stakeholder in the project.
