Liverpool is expecting to have a £130m development on its Princes Dock waterfront in time for the city’s European Capital of Culture celebrations in 2008.





The New World Square will create 299 apartments, a five-star hotel and 6000 m2 for facilities including restaurants, shops and a health spa. The architect is the 33-year-old Javier Hortal, who was born Spain and completed his architectural training in the UK. If planning permission in granted building will start in early 2006 and finish by December 2007.
