Mechanical ventilation

The Vort Leto is a central mechanical extract unit that provides uninterrupted and quiet ventilation by drawing air through the property and out via wet rooms. Two models are available, remotely-controlled and hard-wired units, both of which are fully compliant with Building Regulations Approved Document F System three – continuous mechanical extract ventilation. The unit is also eligible for SAP Appendix Q, meaning that its energy performance can be included in the SAP assessment.
