Careforce division acquires Darlington-based care company

Social housing company Mears Group has acquired Darlington-based care company Seraph for £2m.

Mears’ Careforce division will make an initial payment of £1.75m and pay the remaining £250.000 over the next 12 months after performance targets have been met.

Seraph employs over 100 carers, delivering about 3500 hours every week.
