Mixed-use scheme to finish in 2024
McLaren has won a mixed-use scheme at the King’s Cross regeneration scheme in London.
The firm, which completed Squire & Partners’ Luma Building at the same site last year, will build a brace of 13-storey blocks linked by a two-storey podium garden for the Argent-led King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership. Both buildings will have landscaped roof gardens.
Designed by Piercy & Co, one block will comprise of 72 apartments with the second given over to 170,000 sq ft of office space with retail on the ground floor. Signed-up tenants include workspace provider The Office Group.
The scheme is due to finish in 2024.
