Consultant made independent certifier on £26m Elgreen school and £28m Stockwell Park
Construction consultant McBains Cooper has been appointed independent certifier on two schools in Lambeth’s £250m Building Schools for the Future programme.
The firm will work with Alfred McAlpine on the £26m works at Elmgreen school in West Norwood and with Willmott Dixon on the £28m Stockwell Park high school project.
Its task is to make sure that the completion requirements in the contracts have been satisfied before staff and pupils can move in.
