Consultant appoints associate directors to its London office
McBains Cooper has appointed Derek Webster and Rob Grimshaw associate directors in its London office.
Webster, a data centre specialist, has delivered secure data centres, network operation centres, warehouses and distribution centres both in the UK and Europe.
His experience ranges from new-build, single end user and co-location facilities to fit-out and upgrade projects.
Grimshaw joins McBains Cooper as an affordable housing and student accommodation development specialist, with experience of working for housing associations, private developers, property agents and consultants.
Previously, he worked at the Berkeley Group and Savills affordable housing development team in London.
