Contractor behind BTR scheme in city

Sir Robert McAlpine has won a 245-unit Build to Rent scheme in Leeds.

The contractor, whose parent this week revealed its latest annual results, is already working on the £350m South Bank regeneration scheme in the Holbeck area of the city.
