Fifty-five meter high apartement block in Germany by Behnisch Architekten scoops residential award at this year's Mipim

The German firrm Behnisch Architekten together with the developer client Hochtief Projektentwicklung won the award for the best project in the residential category at this year’s MIPIM Awards.

The Marco Polo Tower with a height of 55m is currently under construction right next to the cruiser terminal in Hamburg, Germany, and will accommodate 58 high-end apartments and, on first two floors, various public amenities.
