Dundee council project is latest development for city’s waterfront regeneration

Mansell has won a £24m contract to build a leisure pool complex as part of Dundee’s waterfront regeneration scheme.

Work on the leisure pool and multi-storey car park will begin in January and is due to be completed in September 2012.

The contractor has completed several projects for Dundee council over the past 16 years.
