Consultant says move is 'part of succession planning' in wake of 2001 management buyout
Four board directors at Mace are leaving the business, the UK-based construction and consulting group announced today.
Gary France, Steve Anderson, Steve Booth and Mike Atkinson are to leave the company at the end of the month.
Mace said in a statement that the move is “part of the succession planning put in place after the management buyout of the company in 2001”.
Stephen Pycroft, chief executive of Mace Group, said: “The four have amassed more than 60 years of service to the Mace Group and it's time for the next generation to take up the challenge.”
